A record number of 53 students of 2014 batch were selected by ICICI Bank

The Training and Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University organized campus placement drive in collaboration with the reputed companies like ICICI Bank and AON Hewitt for graduates of the university. A record number of 53 students of 2014 batch were selected by ICICI Bank for the post of Junior Sales Officers and 7 students of 2013 batch got selected in AON Hewitt as Executive, Operations.
Mr Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer (General), said that 47 students of 2014 batch were shortlisted by AON Hewitt for final interview. He said that students from Women's College also participated in large numbers in the placement drive and out of 47 students, 25 students of Women's College were shortlisted for final interview.
Mr. Hameed urged the girl students of AMU to come forward and demonstrate their talent to create a niche for them in job market. He said that more placement opportunities will be provided to the female students of the university. He said that Wipro Technologies will be visiting Women's College for placement activity on November 7, 2013, for B.Sc. and M.Sc. final year students.
