Mohammad Atif Aleem, a student of final year in Chemical Engineering Department from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University represented India at the Rhodes Youth Forum 2013 held at the Island of Rhodes, Greece


Mohammad Atif Aleem, a student of final year in Chemical Engineering Department from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University represented India at the Rhodes Youth Forum 2013 held at the Island of Rhodes, Greece.
More than 100 young people interested in active participation in public life and concerned about the current challenges to humanity attended the youth forum. Young leaders from different part of the World such as Europe, India, Russia, Mexico, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Zambia, USA, Palestine, Brazil etc., presented projects on their social conditions and shared their personal intellectual efforts and plans.
As part of the Indian Youth Delegation, Mr Aleem presented his project in the section of Infrastructure and Logistics and his Project was on "Global Energy Management System (GEMS)". He also participated in a panel discussion held at the Forum to discuss the current global issues and trends of Internet and Modernity.
Earlier, Mohammad Atif Aleem has represented Aligarh Muslim University at the "International Student Energy Summit" (ISES) 2013 held at Norway, where he prepared a case study for the UK Energy Scenario and his team was placed amongst the top 6 in the World.
Mr. Aleem thanked his colleagues Wasiq Nihal Khurshid (Mechanical), Shaihroz Khan (Petrochemical), Ammar Baksh (Electrical) Mohammad Imran (Chemical) and Adnan Alam (Mechanical) from ZHCET for their support and cooperation. He also expressed gratitude to the Training & Placement Officer of ZHCET, Prof. Tabassum Naqvi and his B.Tech Project supervisor, Mr Naseem Ahmad Khan.
